Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently seeking a **Production Associate** **to work out of its Acton, ON location.

**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the Production Associate’s responsibilities include working in the Packaging and Finishing Department, as well as working the Glove Dipping machine and ovens for silicone glove production. This position may also support Hand Sanitizer and Face Shield stations as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper product is used to fulfil orders (quantity, size, product code)
- Perform finishing procedures (sewing, labeling, etc.) as needed on specific orders
- Packing of orders in boxes, vend-pak bags, paper banding, special shipments as necessary
- Part of the chemical mixture process - set up and clean up
- Putting gloves on and off both the dipping machine
- Wearing of proper PPE and following all Health & Safety procedures
- Quality inspection of product throughout production process
- General knowledge of the machine functions to identify potential operation issues
- Record keeping of machine runs and defects
- Support production in other areas as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) year of previous production in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Industrial sewing experience would be considered an asset
- Team Player
- Basic math skills required to ensure order accuracy (testing done during interview)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs routinely
- Position requires capability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive high arm movements and bending
- Ability to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends as required is considered an asset
- Ability to work safely in following all procedures including chemicals procedures
