- About the roleWhat You'll Do:
- Attract, engage, and hire entry-level talent across ATB
- Organize and manage the hiring process
- Keep hiring collateral up-to-date
- Be a strong ATB brand ambassador
- Accountabilities- Handle the heat: Manage high-volume recruitment and competing priorities
- Eye for improvement: Improve talent attraction and HR programs, processes, and systems with the experience in mind.
- Team player: Collaborate with the operations team for a smooth recruitment and onboarding process
- Admin whiz: Support the Talent Attraction Team with administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to: system trouble shooting or administration; maintaining posting templates, process & interview guides; new hire packages and offer letters; processing offer letters; and initiating pre-boarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Be an ambassador for the ATB Talent Brand and Employee Value Proposition in all of your activities
- Event Support: for hiring event activities as required
- Skills, experience & requirements- Working knowledge of Recruiting and/or Human Resources processes and systems
- Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area, or other relevant work experience
- Experience: 1-3 years in Human Resources/Recruitment, or a fast-paced administrative role
- Tech Savvy: Digital proficiency and the ability to learn new technologies
- Asset: Experience with ATS or HRIS systems and processes is an asset
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail
- Team Player: Collaborator & enjoys working in a team environment and can juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
