We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter who can help us build a pipeline of top talent for our technical operations roles. If you're a creative problem solver with a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical operations roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Design and deliver engaging recruitment events to target and attract top talent
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences and represent WestJet as an employer brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop and improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume operational recruitment
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
