KRR is looking for an A/R Clerk to join our team full-time, permanently

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Printing, processing and entering of A/R invoices in the system
Address, document and follow through to the end all A/R discrepancies
Set up new A/R vendors and maintain A/R vendor database
Create invoices as signed off by technicians
Inform A/P Clerk of Furnace and/or A/C serial numbers used from stock update TSSA file
Inform A/P clerk of and truck stock used in invoice
Prepare and send invoices to appropriate zones as per written procedures
Process invoicing including progressive billing requested by managers as they are received
Follow up on delinquent accounts for payment, request assistance from appropriate manager if necessary
Meet with technicians on a bi-weekly basis regarding jobs not signed off with detailed reasons
Create WO’s as requested by Techs
Receiving deliveries from couriers
Pick up mail daily from post box and distribute to designated departments
Process cheque payments and prepares deposit and deliver to bank
Assist with answering phones, process credit card payments via phone or in person
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Education in a business-related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Experience with Quick Books preferred
- Strong organizational/paperwork skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
