Basran Robin & Bell is a family law boutique based in downtown Vancouver. We are looking for an immediate Junior Legal Administrative Assistant to join our family law team. This position would be an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within a professional legal work environment.

**Potition**:Full time Legal Assistant

**Responsibilites**:

- Preparing court documents and registry filing;
- Preparing general correspondence;
- Calendar and BF management;
- Trial preparation; and
- General administrative duties as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Legal Adminsitrative Assistant Certificate/Diploma (required);
- 1-2 years of law firm experience;
- Mature, reliable, and strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Works well independently and in a team;
- Manage tasks in a time-sensitive environment;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Practice sound discretion and judgment at all times;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, BCOnline & CSO; and
- Ability to type 45+ words per minute.

**Location**:Downtown Vancouver

**Salary**:Based on experience and skills

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $33,804.53-$52,496.39 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
