**About the Role**:

**Your Focus as a member of the Part-Time Events Team**:

- Assist with the setup, execution and tear down of various Rogers Place and ICE District events
- Support the Event Operations department in implementing event requirements
- Deliver memorable experiences for hockey fans at home games and events throughout the community
- Execute in-game promotions and concourse activations during Oilers games
- Organize and prepare all promotions and prizing according to game scripts
- Set up and tear down all site equipment, props and promotional items
- Organize kids and groups during events, including pre & post-game hockey experiences
- Assist with various duties in the outdoor venues; ICE District Plaza & Fan Park, during NHL Playoffs
- Assist and monitor capacity at entrance and exit points across venues

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an entertainment venue or arena will be considered an asset
- Experience in Event Management would be considered an asset
- The ability to skate is often required in this role, but is not mandatory for all team members
- Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a Criminal Record Check
