Les Transports Fuel recherche un **Technicien de la paie**qualifié pour notre bureau situé à LaSalle, au Québec. Relevant du superviseur de la paie, vous serez responsable de traiter avec précision et en temps opportun la paie des employés horaires et salariés travaillant pour nos entités canadiennes et américaines. Vous devrez répondre aux questions des employés, collaborer avec les coordinateurs des ressources humaines et tenir à jour les dossiers. En restant au fait des réglementations en matière de paie et en garantissant la confidentialité, vous résoudrez rapidement les écarts, contribuant ainsi au bon déroulement de nos processus de paie.

**Responsabilités**:
- Les principales tâches consistent à préparer les sauvegardes de la paie, vérifier et traiter les paies hebdomadaires et semi-mensuelles pour les entités canadiennes et américaines.
- Vérifier les données de la paie pour en assurer l'exactitude, y compris les feuilles de temps des employés, les déductions des avantages sociaux et la retenue d'impôts, et résoudre les écarts ou problèmes de paie.
- Assurer le traitement en temps opportun de la paie et respecter les délais désignés.
- Préparer et équilibrer les fichiers de retenues à la source et approuver les confirmations de virement.
- Gérer les saisies-arrêts et les déductions pour pension alimentaire.
- Émettre des relevés d'emploi et répondre aux demandes de Ressources humaines et Développement social Canada.
- Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie, les impôts, les gains et les déductions.
- Collaborer avec les coordinateurs des ressources humaines sur les questions liées à la rémunération des employés, y compris les avantages sociaux collectifs.
- Maintenir des dossiers et des fichiers de paie à jour et facilement accessibles.
- Rester informé des réglementations en matière de paie et assurer la conformité aux exigences légales.
- Maintenir une stricte confidentialité des informations sur les employés et des données de paie.
- Participer à un processus de fin d'année et accomplir d'autres tâches liées à la paie selon les besoins.

**Éducation et qualifications**:
- Possession d'un certificat ou d'un diplôme en paie, comptabilité, gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout.
- Expérience d'une à trois années en tant que technicien(ne) de la paie ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Adhésion à l'INP (Institut national de la paie) est un atout.
- Expérience avérée et solide connaissance des processus de paie, des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques.
- Compétence avérée dans l'utilisation de logiciels ou de systèmes de paie, avec une connaissance précieuse de UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) comme avantage supplémentaire.
- Excellentes compétences en mathématiques et en numérique.
- Grande attention aux détails et précision.
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité et à traiter des informations sensibles.
- Maîtrise de MS Excel et d'autres logiciels pertinents.
- Connaissance des lois et réglementations du travail pertinentes pour le Canada et les États-Unis.
- Une certification ou une formation en administration de la paie est un plus.
