**BREAKER SHOP LABOR**
Join the leader in electrical power system maintenance, repair, testing, engineering & training. We are seeking a Breaker Shop Technician to join our team in Saskatchewan.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Remanufacture, overhaul, rebuild, retrofit, troubleshoot, test, service, repair, teardown and assembly of breakers, contactors, panels, switchgear and electrical apparatus, including but not limited to**:
- **Low, **medium and high voltage circuit breakers, including but not limited to manufactures such as GE, Westinghouse, Powell, ABB, ITE, Eaton etc.**
- ** **Low, medium and high voltage switchgear**
- ** **Low, medium and high voltage panels, MCC’s, contactors, electrical apparatus and components**
- ** **General housekeeping duties including but not limited to sweeping, organizing, inventorying and maintaining workspace, breaker shop designated area and related assets.**
- ** **Develop hands-on experience and proficiency through on-the-job and training and experience.**
- ** **Perform all duties to a level of competency expected of a Breaker Shop Technician.**
- ** **Perform other duties as assigned.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Requires a High School Diploma or GED, seeking one of the following certified trades**
- **Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently**
- **Must have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a clean abstract**
- **Must **be physically fit to crawl, climb, stand, walk and lift up to 75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations**
- **Must be available to work out of town/travel overnight to jobs sites for onsite breaker testing and repair (10% or less of the time)**
- **Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, and occasional weekends, holidays and nights**
