Administrative Office Assistant
You will be working at 411 Cumberland Ave, stationed inside the building in an office, and provided with on the job training by the current Site Manager. The hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the office door being open to residents and contractors at 9:00 a.m. The reason we are looking for someone is due to an upcoming maternity leave and we want to ensure the person being trained is comfortable and prepared to work to support their team and be able to report to the Property Manager with any questions or concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Processing Condo Fees (debit or cheque only)
- Arranging contractors for repairs or estimates
- Notifying maintenance when a resident requests a repair
- Sending out letters and/or memos to units in the building and/or to unit owners
- Review security guard reports and notify Management at head office
- Take water meter readings and report to Management the reading and difference
- Able to calm situations, or refer them to the proper contact (E.g. They have an issue about a charge on their account, you would refer them to the property manager to review)
**Qualifications**:
- Customer Service experience is a must, preferably a minimum of 1 year
- Administrative experience is a must, preferably a minimum of 1 year
There are no benefits with this position, and your wage will start at $16.00/hour. Training will last approximately two(2) weeks. Starting date may vary, the goal is to have someone starting to be trained October 1, 2024 and ready to take over for full time once the person goes on leave. Should you be looking for a more immediate start, a part time position is available in our South Glen building.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
