**Job Title**

Manager, CIDM Campaign Design & Execution

**What is the opportunity?**

This is a hybrid business/technical role. You will manage the design and build of effective and efficient data-driven client treatments in support of the Canadian Banking Marketing and Product teams. You will be establishing and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and continuously look for new opportunities to automate processes. You will be considered the COE for client decisioning and distribution via various channels.

**What will you do?**

Our team is the Client Interaction Decision Management (CIDM) team. We are looking for a passionate, energetic and talented data enthusiast to join our team. This is a hybrid/technical role where we collaborate with Marketing, Product groups and Channel partners to help drive business results. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of data-driven client treatments including direct marketing, triggers as well as other client communications. You will be considered the Centre of Excellence (COE) for client decisioning and distribution via various channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key business stakeholders within Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to design, build and deploy data-driven client treatments
- Evolve and optimize campaign test & learn design and build to ensure alignment to business and marketing objectives
- Automate evergreen campaigns
- Responsible for quality assurance to ensure the campaign requirements accurately match the design and build
- Ensure corporate reputation is maintained by adhering to all best practices, privacy & legal guidelines, data stewardship and governance policies

**What you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytical role: Analytical programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL)
- Ability to combine business acumen with technical expertise in order to deliver targeted campaigns on behalf of our business stakeholders
- Agile mindset with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills, attention to detail

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in the financial services industry, including understanding of marketing
- Strong desire to learn new tools and try new concepts that evolve and optimize current processes
- Experience with various data housing environments (e.g. Teradata, Unix, DataLake, cloud)
- Experience in campaign design and delivery (test & learn design, statistical significance etc)
