- Posséder un sens politique important
- T’exprimer parfaitement en français oral et écrit
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Faire preuve de curiosité intellectuelle et de débrouillardise
