**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for generating leads from various resources. Specifically:

- conduct market research to identify potential commercial van customers, including businesses, organizations, and industries that require commercial vehicles.
- generate and qualify leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and using online resources.
- maintain a database of potential and existing customers, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
- develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the commercial van offerings
- negotiate sales or leasing terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- coordinate with the sales team and management to develop competitive pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- prepare and submit regular sales reports, including lead status, sales activities, and closed deals.
- use CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.
- work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to align strategies and achieve sales goals.
- coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
- participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

**About you**
- 2 years proven experience in sales or Business Development (automotive industry preferred)
- strong negotiation and closing skills to secure and achieve targets
- ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- proficiency working with CRM systems (ie. OneEighty) is an asset
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
