Maintain and grow relationships with current Account customers and to establish relationships with new commercial fleet accounts.
Analyze market trends while working closely with the company Vice President in order to plan, develop and launch new products and services.
Develop and communicate all marketing plans and strategies, including but not limited to preparation of promotional material, advertising messages and organizing company participation in various industry trade shows, industry functions and organizations, and community events.
Managing a growing sales team including but not limited to selection and training of appropriate team members, allocating territories, recommending appropriate remuneration packages, conducting sales meetings, setting sales budgets, monitoring performance and communicating effectively with customer service ensuring customer satisfaction with respect to service and programs.
Attend various industry trade shows and functions i.e. Transportation organizations.
Traveling throughout the GTA, prospecting, calling, maintaining and growing customer relationships.
**Salary**: $51,000.00-$96,771.07 per year
