**Présentation du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien de centre de données dédié et techniquement compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce rôle est essentiel pour gérer les opérations quotidiennes et interagir avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes afin d'assurer un fonctionnement optimal de notre infrastructure.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- **Interaction avec les clients et les fournisseurs**: Gérer les demandes des clients de manière professionnelle, accueillir les clients et les fournisseurs avec une attitude proactive et amicale.
- **Support technique**: Superviser le rack and stack, le câblage et la surveillance de l'infrastructure.
- **Gestion des colis**: Réception et distribution efficaces des colis.
- **Surveillance de l'infrastructure**: Surveiller continuellement l'infrastructure pour anticiper et résoudre les problèmes.
- **Documentation**: Maintenir une documentation DCIM (Gestion de l'infrastructure du Data Center) détaillée et précise.

**Exigences techniques**:

- Connaissance approfondie des composants PC et serveur.
- Compétences de base en réseautique, y compris les configurations réseau du serveur.
- Compréhension de base des plateformes de virtualisation telles que Proxmox et VMware.

**Exigences physiques**:

- Capacité à soulever et gérer des charges d'environ 25 kg / 50 livres.
- Doit être à l'aise pour grimper aux échelles et ne pas souffrir de vertige.

**Atouts souhaités**:

- Connaissance avancée du matériel PC/Serveur, y compris mais sans s'y limiter les RAIDs, diverses gammes de CPU, et compatibilités matérielles.
- Familiarité avec les configurations de switch, en particulier avec l'équipement Cisco.
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans des environnements multiculturels, avec une équipe et des clients d'horizons divers, en particulier des États-Unis et de l'Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client and Supplier Interaction**: Handle client requests professionally, welcome clients and suppliers with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- **Technical Support**: Oversee rack and stack, wiring, and monitoring of the infrastructure.
- **Parcel Management**: Efficient parcel reception and distribution.
- **Infrastructure Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the infrastructure to preemptively address and resolve issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) documentation.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficient knowledge of PC and server components.
- Basic networking abilities, including server network configurations.
- Foundational understanding of virtualization platforms such as Proxmox and VMware.
