Corporate Sales Representative

**Company Overview**: We are a leading wholesale importer and distributor with a diverse range of Korean food products. Our products are enjoyed by consumers across Canada, and we are committed to expanding our reach into national retail chains. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Corporate Sales Team based in Coquitlam.
As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our small, dynamic, and relatively new Corporate Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with major national chains.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts by providing top-tier B2B sales consultation and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and approach potential corporate customers to propose our Korean food products and open new accounts.
- Work to get our products listed with new retailers, leveraging your understanding of the market to close sales deals successfully.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability within your accounts.
- Prepare, review, and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring that KPIs are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office skills
- Experience in corporate sales or working with larger retail chains is a significant asset.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- **Other Requirements**:Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

- Fluency in Korean
- Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is an asset, supporting engagement with a diverse client base.
