As an Appraisal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our appraisal team by managing various administrative tasks and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- **Customer Service**:Receive, direct, and often address customer concerns, complains, and inquiries.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to the management and appraisal team, including data entry, receivables follow ups, and file management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. While it is not necessary to have real estate or appraisal industry experience, this would be considered a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, tracking appraisal orders, and managing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sense of ownership for areas of responsibility and strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
