Job description
- Greet and welcome the visitors
- Answering phones calls, faxing, filing, general office clerical duties
- Excellent phone manner, polite and courteous
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and colleagues
- Making appointments and inquiries in a positive, professional manner
- To maintain a clean, safe, and well organized the office
- Good command of English is essential, trilingual with Cantonese & Mandarin preferably
- Working Hours: 10:00 ~ 14:00 (Four to Five days in a week)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Cantonese and Mandarin (required)
