**Job Title**:Building Assistant, Residential

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Greet all walk-ins and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
- Actively listen and respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Escalate issues as required to the Senior Property & Capital Projects Manager or their designate.
- Assist the Senior Property & Capital Projects Manager with their day-to-day duties;
- Coordinate meetings with tenants, Resident Managers, Property Administrators, and Maintenance staff;
- Assist with rent collection;
- Communicate, direct, and schedule with Maintenance staff, security, and all other trades and contractors;
- Assist with all marketing initiatives;
- Assist the Leasing Specialist(s) and Property Administrators in preparation of all necessary paperwork surrounding leasing, lease addendums, parking, etc. as required;
- Take initiative to improve existing processes or procedures or propose alternate solutions;
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate Degree/ College Diploma in a Related Discipline.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Strong computer skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook) and ability to learn Yardi;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and customer-focused.
- Solutions-driven and self-motivated
- Motivated to learn more and grow within this position.

**Location**:2170 Sherobee Rd, Mississauga, ON L5A 3P8

**Schedule**:Contract, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
