**International Mobility Coordinator**

**Location**:St-Bruno/Montreal area, Canada

**Scope**:

- The International Mobility (IM) Coordinator is responsible for managing individual mobility files within a defined scope, in compliance with the Alstom International Mobility policies.
- You will monitor the assignment process from beginning to end with home and local HR communities.
- You will support Home & Host HRs in specific countries or individual situations.
- You will lead or participate in Transversal Projects within the IM Department.

**Operational**
- Manages individual files.
- Checks and validates applicable setup.
- Provides data/cost estimation to managers and HR before an expatriation.
- Prepares and presents packages/contracts to employees, including hypothetical taxes.
- Organizes the briefing call with the employee, managers and HR.
- Gives the instruction to home and host HR AES International mobility for payroll, Social Security, and local plan registration.
- Organizes the registration of the expatriates for global plans (medical, pension,).
- Coordinates the relocation, immigration and tax processes with external vendors in coordination with home AES International mobility.
- Prepares the secondment agreement/recharge agreement and recharge process.
- On a yearly basis, updates the calculation and salary review and prepares the tax reconciliation.

**Compliance**
- Ensures compliance of expatriation contracts with International mobility policies

**Background**
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Fluent in French and English (writing and speaking)
- Experience in expatriate management (as HR BP or IM Coordinator/Specialist)
- Prior experience as HR Generalist is desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones
