As the Head of Integrated Services Readiness (ISR), you will oversee all ISR activities related to rolling stock and maintenance projects. You will manage the NAM ISR team engaged in the production of the ISR deliverables related to Technical Publications, Product Training, Maintainability, Spares Parts definition, Special Tools and Test Equipment. You will also manage departmental budget, priorities, and performance.

**Key accountabilities**
- Responsible to produce the ISR Elements (Maintainability, Technical Publications, Product Training, Special tools and test Equipment, Spare parts definition) during both Tender and Project phase to meet customer needs
- The planning, cost, and quality of the ISR Elements accordingly to the ISR management Plan
- The definition and implementation of the ISR management Plan
- Manage ISR management team involved in the design of ISR elements.
- Manage coordination with other functions for the design of ISR elements.
- Manage coordination with central function to ensure integration and compliancy with standards and best practices.
- Promote usage of standard ISR practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool.
- Coordinate production of REX report upon completion of ISR WP execution with focus on applicable ISR Ref Lib update, identified needs for process improvements and possible proposals for best practices on future projects
- Define and monitor ISR KPI dashboard in line with Central/Service Platform guidelines
- Manage department budget, performance and define resources requirement.
- Define and manage Services Providers requirements for Best Cost Country (BCC)
- Manage a multi site organization located in Kingston, Naperville, St-Bruno, and Pittsburgh
- Participates in employees’ organization and trainings, facilitates their development, and ensures we have succession plans.

**Prerequisites and required competencies**
- Engineering University Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Experience in projects management
- Good understanding of budget management
- Significant ISR experience in Service Engineering organization (Minimum 10 years)
- Railroad technical knowledge on the reliability and maintainability aspects
- Experience in customers interaction and relationship
- Knowledge of the main ISR Elements applicable to Railroad equipment for Technical Publications, Product Training, Maintainability, Spares Parts definition, Special Tools and Test Equipment.
- Available to travel as required
