Join our dynamic Ticket Sales & Service Leadership Team, where you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our suite leases and rental businesses at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field. As Assistant Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering on our business objectives as well as, guiding and mentoring our sales team to reach new heights of success.
- Drive a collaborative sales team, driving best-in-class results across MLSE’s sports teams.
- Support with the hiring, training, and development of a team of sales professionals.
- Provide coaching and customized mentorship to your team, including robust development plans and quarterly calibration discussions.
- Support team members throughout the sales process including client meetings and visits.
- Quarterly campaign management within Salesforce.
- Manage a suite lease and rental book of business as well as carry a new business target.
- Deliver sales updates to the sales group as well as the Sr. Leadership team.
- Brainstorm innovative new product design that pushes the boundaries of our suite rentals and lease businesses.
- Support projects related to Venue Reimagination.
- Provide outstanding service through outbound calling campaigns and client meetings.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal departments (F&B, Ticket Admin, Marketing, BI, Finance, Legal, GP, etc.).
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.

- Previous experience in developing sales and service relationships with a history of achieving sales targets.

- You are flexible with divergent thoughts and embrace team candor to create an inclusive culture and foster engagement.
- Superior oral and written storytelling and communication skills, including expertise in the interpretation and presentation of results to a wide range of audiences.
