**Job Description**:
Your role will be to generate and compile all sales data required to produce the accurate and efficient delivery of sales incentive payments. In this role, you will maintain the data accuracy and make all necessary changes in the system for the compensation incentives to be precise.

Your responsibilities will be to:

- Review and validate requests from Regional and National Sales Managers for account and territory modifications for our sales teams and update the system with all approved changes.
- Manage all data related to the annual sales quotas and update with specific business requirements for each sales team.
- Ensure accuracy of sales measurement data for all UAP sales teams.
- Assist Managers with sales quota calculation issues and requests.
- You are the go-to person for Business support for systems usage, in addition to providing support and training to Managers and end users on their sales quota measurement.
- Act as Business Administrator of UAP’s operating systems, including managing licenses and assigning security profiles for users and validating and managing change requests.
- Produce sales reports for quota and performance measurement which are used to monitor UAP’s results and determine our sales team’s compensation.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- College or bachelor degree, coupled with 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Power BI and strong Excel capabilities;
- Bilingualism is preferred but being fluent in English is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Cognos is an asset;
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, good analytical abilities and enjoy paying attention to details;
- Able to easily manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
