**Job description**

We are currently looking to fill in the following position: Program Coordinator/Program Advisor.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the 4 stages of the sales pipeline: Qualifying, Meeting, Proposing, and Closing.
- Understanding the sales process and pipeline clearly.
- Ensuring that proper follow-up with the leads is done using HubSpot.
- Communicating with students to understand their needs and ability to pitch the college value prop clearly and enthusiastically, utilizing a more consultative sales approach.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Keeping accurate records of activity and the ability to manage the pipeline from HubSpot.
- Schedule and present information sessions.
- Managing the registration process of the students.
- Conduct promotional events and be available for overtime (once or twice a month)
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership and loyalty.
- Actively work with other departments to facilitate students’ inquiries.

**Required skills**:

- Bilingual (English / French)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or any other related fields, and one to three years of customer service experience or IT recruitment
- Good knowledge (Intermediate Level) of Word, and Excel and comfortable working in a Windows environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and organization skills;
- Ability to deal effectively with prospective, current, and former students and staff members
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and work independently within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to conduct Information Sessions.
- Experience in an academic setting and/or working knowledge of CRMs (an asset)

**Working schedule and Vacation time**:

- Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- The schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
- Eligible for two days of paid sick leave and statutory holidays as per Quebec law.
- Entitled to take two weeks of paid vacation per year if applicable holidays are to be taken at such time or times as are mutually convenient between the Employer and the employees.

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
