**Position Overview**:
As the Junior Social Media Coordinator at Future Buildings, you will play an essential role in supporting our social media efforts and contributing to the growth of our brand's online presence. This entry-level position will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing while working closely with our experienced marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation Assistance:_ Assist in developing visually appealing and engaging social media content that aligns with Future Buildings' brand identity under the guidance of the Senior Social Media Coordinator.
- Social Media Engagement: _Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Lead Nurturing Support: _Aid in nurturing potential customers through social media interactions, under the mentorship of the Senior Social Media Coordinator, to guide them through the buyer's journey.
- Content Scheduling: _Assist in scheduling social media posts using social media management tools, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Trend Monitoring:_ Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Design Collaboration:_ Collaborate with the design team, providing input and ideas to create compelling visual content for social media posts.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: _Assist in coordinating social media efforts with other marketing initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand message.

**Requirements**:
High School Diploma

Basic knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Particularly Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects. Must be able to provide a portfolio of work you’ve done that shows your design skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eagerness to learn, develop and produce engaging content.

Passion for social media and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in-office and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time entry-level position with a salary of $40,000 per year.
