The Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey has a new opportunity for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team
**Overview**:
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients. The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for greeting all service customers, directing them to the appropriate service advisor and taking payment upon vehicle completion.
**What we value**:
- Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CDK System an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality.
- Extremely dependable and punctual.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and our guests.
- Data entry skills.
