This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.

**Make a difference**

As a Procurement Business Analyst, your expertise in supply chain data analytics, multivariant statistical data modelling, vendor spend analysis, forecasting, operational planning, reporting and business process improvement will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Strategy at TCHC. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Procurement, you will be focusing on providing technical, analytical, and reporting support to the supply chain operations. You will also participate in supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

**What you’ll do**
- Conducting marketing scans on pricing trends, assessing and standardizing the pricing regimes for RFxs
- Analyzing the pricing proposals from proponents and spend analytics
- Conducting the vendor spend analytics on the monthly basis by projects
- Analyzing and tracking the multi-year contract commitments and support annual budgeting process
- Develop and maintain databases, complex multivariant statistical data models, promotional forecasting models, ETL processes and supply chain dashboards using SQL Server, Python, R, and Power BI
- Conduct data analysis, provide insights to decision makers and implement business solutions to improve service / product flow and operational efficiency across the TCHC supply chain
- Analyze operational processes and make recommendations to improve performance and reduce cost
- Monitor, analyze, and report on supply chain productivity and financial results
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate operational and process analysis information via periodic reporting, ad hoc studies, and presentations
- Contribute analysis and decision support by process mapping, simulation, benchmarking and score carding
- Assist in the research, selection, and implementation of new software products, including participating in testing and documentation
- Perform analysis and transformation of various internal and external data sets with the aim of generating actionable insights
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for savings, best value and improved services.
- Provide assistance with process automation and technical support to the operational teams when required
- Leverage data visualization tools to represent the data in a business-friendly manner
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and continuously improve the user experience, relevance, and effectiveness of decision support tools
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics (esp. predictive) across the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to effect better business outcomes
- Support data stewardship and data governance activities and initiatives as needed

**What you’ll need**
- Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Statistic, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management (or Industrial Engineering) together with related experience
- Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in developing multivariant statistical data models, promotional forecasting, data analytics, and automated dynamic dashboards using SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, Python, R, Power BI, excel, and MS Access
