**Summary**
Reporting to the VP, Global Sales, the Marketing, Specialist will greatly influence the content design and digital experiences of WOLF customers. You’ll be expected to contribute and collaborate as a get-it-done team member who’s committed to executional excellence through graphic design, video editing, content creation, and web design.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
- Plan, write, design, and edit marketing materials for print, digital, and social content through graphic design and copywriting.
- Manage the company’s marketing material such as corporate brochures, Sales kits, Whitepapers, Sales presentation deck, webinars, and internal and external communication from creation to production.
- Manage marketing activities and schedules to align with WOLF’s go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate and own tradeshow activities by liaising with internal departments (Logistics, Sales) to ensure preparedness for events.
- Support digital marketing campaigns through scheduling, graphic design, and uncovering new marketing initiatives and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure datasheets and products are aligned on the company website.
- Own WOLF’s brand and contribute to website design initiatives.
- Utilize website analytics and click rate trends to support future promotion using data to define customer interest and product success.
- Provide marketing forecasts and reports by conducting market research and analyzing and interpreting market data.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment with both internal and external parties.
- Manage parallel activities and projects and ability to prioritize efforts.
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Skills/Qualifications**
- This job would be ideal for an individual with 2-3 years experience who is looking to use and expand their graphic design and marketing skills.
- Graphic design knowledge/experience is required.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in marketing, graphic design, business, or a related field.
- Expert communications skills with strong writing abilities - a sharp writer, creative thinker and strong editor.
- Proficiency in PC Microsoft Suite programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Audio/Video editing skills/experience is required.
- Graphic design knowledge/experience is required.
- Google Analytics/ Ads experience is an asset.
- Strong copywriting experience is an asset.
- Web design, web administration experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. is an asset.
- Motivated and outgoing self-starter.
- Positive, professional, and a strong work ethic.
- Interest in technology, Aerospace, and Defense is an asset.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and demonstrate willingness and aptitude to learn.
**Working Conditions**
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to Stouffville 3 times per week
- Must be comfortable sitting at a computer and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time
**Requirements for Employment at WOLF**
WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements.
Applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show either Canadian or US citizenship, or Canadian Permanent Resident, and undergo a police check with no criminal background.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
