**Who we need**
Reporting to the Director of Logistics & Shipping, we are looking for an Inventory Administrator to be a part of our Third-Party Inventory (3PL) team. You will maintain the integrity of the perpetual inventory balances located at 3PL warehouses through detailed recording and monitoring, inventory reconciliation, onsite training, updating processes, and reviewing the data integrity of master files.

**You will focus on**:
- Maintaining the integrity of the perpetual inventory balances located at 3PL warehouses. You will:
- Record and follow up of In Transit Receipts.
- Record and process receipts into the 3PL.
- Monitor daily activity and process adjustments.
- Process and reconciliation of inter-company balances.
- Monitor and analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory of scrap transactions.
- Review and monitor data integrity of master files supporting items stored in 3PL locations.
- Collaboration. You will work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Cost Accounting, and Accounts Payable. You will foster relationships with Logistics and Accounting resources at related 3PL organizations.
- Process efficiency. You will track our inventory management processes, supporting improvement through investigating inventory errors, cycle counts and addressing internal deficiencies.
**You have**:
- The education. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally, a diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
- The experience. You have 2+ years in logistics management from end-to-end. You have exceptional organizational and time management skills and can switch priorities based on business needs and customer demand.
- The problem-solving. You exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Identifying barriers and communicating setbacks, you work towards repeatable solutions and implementation of best practices.
- The technical skills. You have proficiency with MS Office, specifically strong Excel skills, as well as databases, ERP systems, and vendor portals. You have expertise in inputting, analyzing, and reporting on inventory data.
- The interpersonal skills. You have flexible and effective communication skills, and can build strong working relationships within and across teams, guiding decision makers and influencing without authority. You can effectively oversee, and train a team. You are highly collaborative and ready to jump in when needed.
- The flexibility. You are willing and able to travel to our site in Texas as a contributing inventory team member.
