**Responsibilities**
- Inventory Management:_
- Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.
- Financial Control:_
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Accounting Tasks:_
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies through the collecting and analyzing account information.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Collaboration:_
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.

**Qualifications/Education/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Demonstrated over 5 yrs related experience in inventory management and control.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Consideration**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46.15-$46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
