In collaboration with their colleague, the Accounting Technician will perform tasks related to bi-weekly payroll preparation, accounts receivable management, and provide support to the Accounting Department.Responsibilities:1. PayrollUnder the supervision of the financial controller, perform complete payroll management using the Ceridian payroll system (PowerPay, Dayforce).2. Accounts ReceivableInvoice clients, deposit checks and enter them into Sage 50Prepare and send monthly account statements to customers and follow up on overdue customer accountsEnter customer purchase orders into Sage 503.
