We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pop-up Event Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our brand and fragrance products at our pop-up events on specified dates. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the opening setup, and closing teardown of the event.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open Setup: Arrive at the event venue before opening time to set up the booth, displays, and product inventory.
- Engage with customers at the pop-up event and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about our fragrance products.
- Actively approach potential customers to initiate conversations and promote sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized pop-up event booth, ensuring products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked.
- Closing Teardown: Pack up and organize the booth, displays, and remaining inventory at the end of the event.
- Keep up-to-date with product information, including ingredients, scents, and product features.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge or interest in fragrance and room spray products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Flexibility to work on the specified dates (June 14th, June 21st, July 19th, August 23rd, and August 30th).
- Minimum availability of 4 hours per shift.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift and carry product displays if required.
