**À propos du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **assistant(e) administratif(ve) de la paie** à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe des ressources humaines et de la paie au siège social de Victoria Park. Sous la supervision de notre spécialiste des ressources humaines et de la paie, l’assistant(e) administratif(ve) de la paie soutiendra le processus de paie bihebdomadaire et les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes de l’équipe de la paie, ainsi que plusieurs projets ad hoc au sein de l’équipe des RH et de la paie. **Responsabilités**:

- Participer au processus de paie bihebdomadaire
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés
- Aider à vérifier les feuilles de temps soumises pour les heures travaillées par les employés.
- Tenir à jour les informations relatives à la paie pour les nouvelles embauches et les cessations d’emploi.
- S’assurer que des informations bancaires valides sont entrées dans le système
- Mettre à jour les informations salariales en conséquence
- Aider à la gestion des avantages sociaux des employés
- Aider à répondre aux questions des employés et de la direction concernant la paie.
- Collaborer avec le service de la comptabilité

**Exigences**:

- DEC ou baccalauréat en affaires ou en comptabilité et/ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Passion et intérêt marqué pour l’apprentissage de la paie
- Maîtrise de MS Office, fortes compétences en Excel.
- Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer en anglais et en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Doit être disponible pour travailler à temps plein avec la possibilité de travailler en mode hybride.

**About the position**:
We are looking for a full-time payroll administrative assistant to join our HR and payroll team at the Victoria Park head office. Under the supervision of our Human Resources and Payroll Specialist, the payroll administrative assistant will support the bi-weekly payroll process and the daily operational duties of the payroll team along with several ad hoc projects within the HR and payroll team.
