**Strange Fellows**:
Strange Fellows Brewing is part of the most awesome craft beer scene in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are a small craft brewery that celebrates the unique, the strange and especially the peculiar things in life. We are located in East Vancouver, and we are looking to add a dynamic, positive, and hard-working salesperson to our teamyou might say, another stranger

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a salesperson at Strange Fellows Brewing your primary mandate is to represent the Strange Fellows brand at all accounts, both new and existing, throughout the territory, on a consistent basis. As a salesperson your key role and responsibilities will be:

- A defined territory including Vancouver and surrounding areas of the Lower Mainland, along with some out of town travel,
- Specifically call on private liquor stores, government liquor stores, restaurants, pubs, eateries and other establishments that sell beer, either at a head office level or store level,
- Implement and execute a yearly business plan for your territory,
- Identify leads and opportunities through consistent cold calls/sales calls in your territory,
- Train and educate new accounts and staff on craft beer and Strange Fellows,
- Track, manage and diarize calls, along with organize routing schedule of territory to define optimal time management,
- Participate and represent the brewery at beer festivals, typically held in the evenings and on weekends, throughout the Province,
- Report monthly activity to the sales managers and/or directors,
- Manage expense account and complete monthly expense reports.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
It is expected this person will be educated with at least a college diploma, and have 1-2 years experience within the craft beer industry, preferably selling beer. This person should understand the hours involved and demands associated with becoming a salesperson, managing a territory and taking care of our valued customers. The salesperson will have a clean driving record, have a strong work ethic, and be a positive person both in the office and on the road.

**Preferred Skills and Expectations**:

- 12 months experience selling in a similar role or industry
- Able to quickly integrate into the position and seamlessly join a high functioning, team focused environment, often working directly with the owners
- A keen ability to communicate and convey ideas and feedback in a positive and constructive manner both internally and externally
- A willingness to lift kegs, cases of beer and event material, sometimes without help
- Valid serving it right
- Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively
- Trustworthiness, honesty, and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities

**Remuneration**:
Strange Fellows is offering a compensation package that is based upon experience.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
