Woodland Brands is a national CPG, wine & spirits agency that represents established, new and emerging Canadian and International brands. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for driven team players.

Woodland Brands is looking for a dynamic, independently motivated and skilled salesperson to fill the following position: Part Time Territory Sales Manager based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The TM - Vancouver position maximizes Woodland Brands advantage at point of sale for both On-Premise (OP) and Retail Customers. This position will be a Short Term Contract, commission based with no limit/cap.

**Job Summary**:
This position’s mandate is to increase the sales and market share of Woodland Brands portfolio of brands within the parameters set and in line with expectations of the company. Responsible for developing and maintaining critical partner relationships with key on and off trade accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make regular sales calls to retail and on-premise customers to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with the service provided
- Analyze, plan, establish and maintain an efficient and productive daily call pattern in assigned territory.
- Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives
- Analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority selling and promotional opportunities
- Implement and maintain up-to-date, accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory
- Recognize major trends and directions, describe major trends associated with a specific type of market, and discuss the organization's position and plans about key product trends
- Ensure order information is captured accurately, work with a specific sales system as part of current responsibilities and conduct day-to-day sales order entry
- Participate in sales projects, account evaluations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and brand education to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Additional administrative duties

**Job Qualifications**:
**Skills**: Driven team player with strong interpersonal skills. Strength in sales with excellent written and verbal communication. Skilled presenter with ability to adapt to audiences.

**Knowledge**: Expert knowledge of the liquor industry (wine and spirits products as well as governmental policy and regulations is preferred). Previous agency/industry experience is an asset.

This position requires flexible hours and will sometimes require nights and weekends with Trade Shows, Supplier Dinners/Events outside of regular workdays. Commission plus incentive bonus, gas allowance/ business related expenses are also covered (pending prior approval). **Salary**: $10,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
