**Architectural Services Manager**

We are anticipating continuous growth and currently have a rewarding position as an **Architectural Services Manager in the Vancouver Area.**

**Specific Requirements**:

- Present and promote Stonhard products and services to architectural & design firms.
- Communicate closely with Stonhard Territory Managers regarding product recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects.
- College diploma or university degree (Architecture, Interior design, or similar discipline, preferred)

**Preferred Job Qualifications**:

- Knowledge & background of selling to Architects/Designers
- Familiarity with the construction specification and tendering process
- Minimum 3+ years success having products specified by Architectural & Design firms
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport with the A&D Community
- Must be able to read and understand Architectural drawings
- Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Teams presentation software
- Must have own means of transportation with valid license
- Willingness to travel within the province
