Operations Integration Lead for New Regulated Waste Facility

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead the consolidation of our hazardous waste processing and organic waste grease operations into a single, state-of-the-art facility. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and oversee a regulated waste processing powerhouse while maintaining current operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the integration of multiple waste processing operations into a single facility while maintaining operational continuity
- Manage regulatory compliance throughout the transition, ensuring adherence to Ontario Regulation 347 and other applicable regulations
- Coordinate with trades and contractors for facility modifications and upgrades
- Oversee the systematic transfer of operations from existing sites to the new facility
- Develop and implement strategies to increase waste intake volume
- Manage fleet expansion and workforce growth to support operational scaling
- Ensure environmental and safety compliance throughout the integration process
- Optimize operational efficiency and profitability of the consolidated facility

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hazardous waste management operations
- Environmental Professional (EP) designation from ECO Canada
- Thorough knowledge of Ontario's environmental regulations and RPRA requirements
- Valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification
- WHMIS certification
- Demonstrated experience in project management and facility integration
- Strong understanding of hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $68,437.00-$90,915.00 per year
