Responsible for all Office and Warehouse Operations administrative. This hybrid role will fullfill Office duties in the morning and Warehouse administration duties in the afternoons. Responsible for all administration/warehouse computer related transactions. Works regularly with warehouse, office and management staff. Will be required to be efficient on computers and typing, and to communicate effectively, Employee must be technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment is required.

**SUMMARY** _include the following. Other duties may be assigned._
- Parttime front end reception duties, including answering phones, filing, incoming/outgoing mail, accounts receivable, ordering supplies, office equipment maintenance (call contractor).
- Maintaining printer/photocopier toner cartridges inventory
- Respond to requests to pull paperwork: Invoices, receiving reports and Etc
- Creates warehouse tags/labels for pallets/cartons/stock locations.
- Generate labels using the internal system for product.
- Assist and coordinates with MTR administrator in Orangeville and discrepancies.
- Any inventory initiaties such as cycle counts, labelling, light inventory production.
- Assist shipping with documentation and correspondence.
- Perform other warehouse administration duties as assigned.

**Non-Essential Job Duties**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to pull and push up to 50 lbs.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three (1-3) years administration experience in a busy office environment is an asset
- Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous office/clerical experience a plus
- Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
- Walking throughout warehouse during shift
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all coworkers and departments.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
