Purves Redmond Limited (PRL) is recognized as one of the leading independent insurance advisory and brokerage firms in Canada. Our brokers are not only certified, but most are Chartered Insurance Professionals (CIPs) with commercial underwriting skills.

We have an exciting opportunity in our growing Toronto office for a technical service representative on our Client Services team.

**Role Description**:
**As a technical service representative at PRL, a typical day might include the following**:

- Providing support across all business units with respect to issuance and management of client documentation and tasks;
- Responding to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
- Assisting with data entry, keying and updating of policy information as required;
- Assisting with administrative tasks for various business units as required.

**This job might be right for you if you**:

- Possess a valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) License;
- Have a Post Secondary Education or related job experience;
- Have previous administrative or insurance brokerage experience (preferred);
- Have knowledge in EPIC (asset);
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Thrive on paying attention to details, and work well under the pressure of deadlines and multiple priorities;
- Are focused and motivated to execute your responsibilities in an efficient, accurate, complete and timely manner;
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Are a driven and enthusiastic learner who’s always looking to improve and develop;
- Enjoy collaborating and working closely with teams; and
- Are committed to attaining or exceeding client expectations.
