RARE Real Estate Brokerage is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Front Desk Administrator to join our team As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing our reception area and ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the office
- Greet and register visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Keep reception area clean and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Broker load listings onto MLS
- Register offers on Brokerbay
- Page agents out when necessary
- Input showing instructions on Brokerbay
- Print or photocopy documents as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- MUST be punctual
- Knowledge of Brokerbay and MLS an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 a year

Start Date: Immediate, ASAP
