Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records using computer systems.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication purposes.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide support for customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members alike.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$17.15 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
