**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and following through on requests and/or directing calls
- Taking new client requests and scheduling in nurses and care aides
- Filling in vacant shifts related to sick calls, as well as known vacant shifts in the future
- Basic AlayaCare Software functions - scheduling Care Aides/Registered Nurses into assignments, inputting new clients/employees
- Administrative duties (e.g. scanning, document creation, employee file updates, client file updates, quality assurance tasks, etc.)

We are looking for a part-time Care Coordinator/Scheduler, who shares our values, with a background in community-based healthcare.** **Computer proficiency and experience as a Care Aide or Medical Office Assistant.

**What We Can Offer You**:
Starting salary at** $23-25/hour** (dependent on qualifications/direct experience)
