Deliverect is on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and a proven track record in account management.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving the success of small and medium-sized businesses within the Restaurant, Dark Kitchen, and Grocery industries. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and utilizing our integrated delivery management platform to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

**Tasks And Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Ensure customer success by driving adoption and utilization of our platform
- Identify and upsell opportunities to increase revenue within your portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to address customer needs and feedback
- Analyse customer data and provide insights to drive customer retention and growth

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience with technical software experience, SaaS and Foodtech being a plus.
- You have a high level of competence and the ability to present and position yourself professionally and empathically with all you encounter to generate successful customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM hospitality market, and restaurant operations.
- You are convincing with professional communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Extensive experience with sales cycles and the independent management of key accounts.
- You are an entrepreneurial individual, analytical in the way you think, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mexico and can commute to our office at least 3 days per week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
