**Summary**:Raise the level of customer experience through elevated levels of service across the team. Optimize tools and processes to support the team in delivering results.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibility**: Daily management of a team of Project Coordinators and Administrators. Assume responsibility for the success and performance of the team.

**Essential Duties**:

- Improve the overall customer experience by developing a team of Project Coordinators
- Utilize project management experience to provide guidance, direction and communication to a team of Project Coordinators
- Accountable to manage the performance of a team of Project coordinators and Administrators.
- Review the production schedules and backlog of projects of team members to ensure accuracy of dates. Drive performance of date accuracy through weekly backlog reviews and milestone management.
- Assist the team with scheduling escalations and removal of roadblocks, with both production and Project Services.
- Provide day-to-day process training and assistance to team members. Enforce SOP process adherence. Identify areas for improvement in business processes and results.
- Facilitate and improve levels of inter-departmental communication.
- Implement and manage effective team training.
- Work with Operations Team in all manufacturing facilities to consistently deliver on deadlines.
- Work with KS Panels Technical Department to ensure consistency in details and policies.
- Present relevant weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide support to the Sales Team to problem solve as needed, assist with providing pricing, lead times, and production availability to support the selling process.
- Utilize team to distribute workload evenly. Coordinate with other Team Supervisors to assign new projects.

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (technical degree) or 5+ years’ applicable industry experience.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulousness about details.
- A pro-active personality with high energy, self-motivation, and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and possesses the ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.

**Computer Skills**:

- SAP or other equivalent ERP software knowledge.
- Salesforce knowledge.
