**Responsabilités principales**:
**Planification stratégique**:

- Collaborer avec notre équipe de direction pour développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques, en veillant à ce que les meilleurs outils et pratiques soient utilisés de manière efficace et efficiente.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et d'optimisation.
- Rester au courant de l'évolution de notre marché concurrentiel, mener des études de marché pertinentes et s'assurer que nous répondons aux besoins de notre public à chaque fois.
- En partenariat avec le directeur général, travailler avec les OEM pour obtenir des programmes et des rabais avantageux.

**Leadership et développement d'équipe**:

- Encourager une culture de la collaboration, de l'innovation et de l'amélioration continue.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux membres de l'équipe pour les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Analyser les performances de l'entreprise à différents niveaux en fixant des objectifs et en incitant les leaders des départements à améliorer continuellement les performances. Il sera important de se sentir à l'aise pour remettre en question la manière dont nous abordons les objectifs et les raisons pour lesquelles nous le faisons.
- Gérer la saisonnalité de l'entreprise, en augmentant ou en diminuant la main-d'œuvre selon les besoins.
- Identifier les domaines dans lesquels nos ressources sont le mieux utilisées et se concentrer sur ces domaines qui constituent nos points forts. De même, identifier les inefficacités et s'assurer qu'elles sont atténuées ou éliminées.
- Agir en tant que contact principal avec Fortnine et Novacap.

**Gestion d'entreprise**:

- Examiner mensuellement les états financiers avec le contrôleur. Identifier et mettre en œuvre toute action nécessaire.
- Veiller à être en règle avec les prêteurs principaux ainsi qu'avec le partenaire financier de chacun des fabricants d'équipement d'origine. Veiller à ce que les clauses restrictives soient respectées. Examiner et envoyer les ratios financiers et les rapports si nécessaire.
- Examiner les renouvellements annuels et les modifications des accords OEM et autres accords. Faire appel à des experts internes et externes si nécessaire.
- Remettre en question le statu quo et aider les chefs de service et le contrôleur à améliorer et à moderniser les processus en interne, en tirant parti de nos plates-formes et bases de données existantes.
- Maximiser l'utilisation de la salle et la façon dont elle contribue à la rentabilité globale du groupe.
- Optimiser le plan d'occupation des sols et la ligne de crédit afin de réduire les intérêts autant que possible.
- Gérer étroitement l'inventaire des unités neuves et d'occasion ainsi que des pièces et accessoires afin de maximiser la rotation des stocks, les flux de trésorerie, les intérêts, les ventes et les marges.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en finance, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine des sports motorisés (y compris l'automobile, la marine ou tout autre secteur connexe) ou dans la gestion des concessionnaires est fortement souhaitée.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la finance, les opérations ou la gestion des ventes au détail.
- Professionnellement bilingue en anglais et en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Local à Montréal, Terrebonne ou dans les environs. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent sur place.
