**Responsabilités**:

- Traiter les comptes créditeurs et tenir des registres précis de toutes les factures, reçus et paiements.

Réaliser des entretiens téléphoniques et inscrire les nouvelles recrues dans le système Clearview en créant leur dossier employé.
- Rapprocher les relevés des fournisseurs et s'assurer que tous les paiements sont effectués en temps opportun et avec exactitude.
- Traiter la paie des employés, y compris le suivi des heures, le calcul et le traitement des retenues, et s'assurer que tous les paiements sont effectués à temps.
- Maintenir des registres précis de la paie et des avantages sociaux des employés et assurer la conformité avec toutes les réglementations nationales et fédérales.
- Gérer la comptabilité et les dossiers financiers de l'entreprise, y compris le suivi des revenus et des dépenses, le rapprochement des relevés bancaires et la préparation des rapports financiers.
- Aider à la préparation et aux prévisions budgétaires.
- Gérer le système de classement du bureau, y compris la tenue de registres exacts et à jour de tous les documents.
- Coordonner les événements et les réunions du bureau, y compris la planification et la préparation du matériel.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en tant qu'administrateur de bureau, avec un accent sur le traitement des comptes fournisseurs, la paie et la comptabilité
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Grand souci du détail et de la précision
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à hiérarchiser efficacement les tâches
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Excel et Word
- Expérience avec un logiciel de comptabilité (ex. QuickBooks) est un atout
- Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable
- La maîtrise des systèmes de paie Payworks et Clearview est un atout.
- Compétences en informatique sur Mac

**Office Administrator and bookkeeper**

Location: Terrebonne

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and maintain accurate records of all invoices, receipts, and payments.

Conduct phone interviews and enter new hires into the Clearview system, creating their employee files.
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process payroll for employees, including tracking hours, calculating and processing deductions, and ensuring that all payments are made on time.
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Manage the company's bookkeeping and financial records, including tracking income and expenses, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Manage the office's filing system, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, with a focus on processing accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Payworks and Clearview payroll systems is an asset.
- Computer skills on Mac.
