**The Opportunity (Role Summary)**

**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support intern/coop to join our Sales Team. The intern will assist in supporting the sales & marketing team, as needed, with their day-to-day responsibilities. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in sales.

**What you will do **(Responsibilities**)**

**The base responsibility**
- Prepare presentation proposal and related sales materials
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Work with the marketing/sales team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
- Other duties, as assigned
- Join client calls to take notes (and as a learning opportunity)
- Lead Generation support
- Other duties, as assigned

**What You’ll need (Required Qualifications**)**
- **Formal Education or Equivalent**
- Pursuing a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
- A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage a work schedule
- **Years of Experience**
- 1-2 Years in Sales/Admin support
- **Competencies**
- **Leadership **including leading innovation, energizing and developing people, delivering outstanding results
- **Integrity**, accountability, assuming responsibility for success
- **Analytical **skills to resolve problems and think creatively
- Verbal and written **communication **skills
- **Organizational **skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task, and meet schedules

- **Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role**
- computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Practical Knowledge of different CRM’s.
