**Student Services Manager (Diploma Programs)**
Are you passionate about education and driven to make a real difference? We’re looking for a dynamic **Student Services Manager** to lead our Diploma Programs. This is your chance to make an impact by creating and overseeing programs that enhance the student experience, while leading a team of professionals dedicated to student success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and train the Student Services team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost student engagement, retention, and success.
- Provide professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Design and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to improve and expand student services.
- Assess program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated student concerns with care and professionalism.
- Offer direct support and referrals for students in complex or sensitive situations.
- Promote wellness, mental health, and safety initiatives for students.
- Oversee program schedule changes and manage the Student Services budget effectively.
- Drive innovation within the Student Services team by improving processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Manage Life Coaches and Academic Tutors’ schedules.
- Prepare reports and communicate key achievements and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education Administration); a master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in student services or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of student development theories and best practices in student support services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of industry partners.
- Proficiency with relevant software and technology platforms.

Pay: $60,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
