**OVERVIEW**
The Kwantlen Student Association is a non-profit organization incorporated under the Society Act, independent of Kwantlen Polytechnic University. The KSA actively seeks out ways to enhance campus life; to ensure that your academic rights are upheld to lobby KPU, the provincial government, and other external organizations to ensure the best possible conditions for students; to deliver student services to enhance your experience and success at KPU; and to be responsible stewards of resources.

As a student at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, you are also a member of the Kwantlen Student Association. As part of a students’ union, you have access to resources, services, advocacy, and support that students might not otherwise have. Come visit us at the KSA office on any campus to learn about what KSA events and campaigns are underway, and how you can get involved.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the Election Process: Manage and oversee the entire election process, ensuring full compliance with the KSA Bylaws, Regulations, and the BC Societies Act.
- Co-Chair the AGM: Take on the role of Co-Chair for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), working closely with the Chair of the Board to ensure a smooth process.
- Manage Referenda: When necessary, oversee any referenda, including campaign regulations, voting processes, and compliance checks.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all electoral activities and prepare comprehensive reports for the KSA Board of Directors.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
