Sprinkler Project Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Win and Onboard New Clients
- Identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Develop long-term loyal clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Research and identify potential leads.
- Organize and manage pipeline opportunities.
- Qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Create and present compelling value propositions to potential clients.
- Participate in competitive bidding processes to secure new business.
- Close new business deals effectively.
- Negotiate terms in the best interest of the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and new business goals.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
**Qualifications**:
- Honesty, competitiveness, and openness to coaching.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of fire protection systems and services.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the industry.
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to building long-lasting partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the fire protection industry (an asset but not mandatory).
- Self-motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection.
- Curiosity and coachability.
- Ambition and motivation driven by financial rewards and personal growth.
