We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals by promoting products or services to new and existing customers in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

**Skills Required**:

- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed

**Nice-to-have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
